Safa Turban provides professional turban tying and styling services for weddings, engagements, cultural events, religious ceremonies, and other special occasions across Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and service requirements.

3. Payments

  • Service prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to secure your booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in loss of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, Safa Turban reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking and provide an appropriate refund if applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct event information.
  • Ensure timely access to the venue.
  • Inform us of any special requirements before the event.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

Delays caused by the client may reduce the service time available.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver services exactly as requested, final styling results may vary based on:

  • Hair length and condition
  • Head shape and size
  • Turban fabric provided
  • Weather and environmental conditions

7. Photography & Portfolio Use

Safa Turban may photograph or record completed work for promotional, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish your photos to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, and designs, is the property of Safa Turban and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Safa Turban shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Event delays beyond our control
  • Venue-related issues
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by customers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.

10. Website Usage

Users agree not to:
